We only use trusted couriers who are known for their commitment to their customers & have tracking capabilities: DPD, ParcelForce, Royal Mail & UPS. We may occasionally use other courier services if they are better suited to your needs & we'll happy use a suggested alternative for you.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?
Of-course! We'd much prefer you to collect your order from one of stores so that we can meet you & give a full friendly & personal product demonstration.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Simply Contact Us & we'll issue you with a Return Identification Number (if applicable) & our returns address! All returns must have the product returned to us within 14 days from the date of order.
